About the role
Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor each shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet and help meet departmental targets during their shifts.
- Ensure food safety and manage inventory.
- Manage daily maintenance and cleanliness.
- Train and manage the crew effectively.
- Support the next Shift Manager in preparing for their shift.
Requirements
Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, is preferred. Positive team player attitude and a flexible schedule are also required.
