About the role
Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift
- Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
- Meet targets during their shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals
- Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Manage crew and train new employees
- Handle exceptional customer service situations
- Manage scheduling and staff levels
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible schedule that can accommodate the demands of a restaurant job
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills

Schedule
