About the role
Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor each shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet and help meet departmental targets during their shift.
- Ensure food safety and proper inventory management.

Requirements
Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred, though not required. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
