About the role

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager responsible for assisting with daily operations, ensuring each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. The Shift Manager provides exceptional guest service and support, working closely with Restaurant Managers and team members to maintain operational standards and procedures. We seek a self‑motivated, dynamic team player. Location: 222 W Aztec Blvd, Aztec, New Mexico 87410.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner
• Executing cost control systems
• Delegating prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

Requirements
