About the role

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist with daily operations, ensuring each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. The Shift Manager provides exceptional guest service and support, working closely with Restaurant Managers and team members to maintain operational standards and procedures. Located at 4801 Montano Rd NW, Suite B9, Albuquerque, NM 87120.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner
• Executing cost control systems
• Delegating prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 to work in a manager role
• Possession of all documents and permits required by state and federal law
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible work availability
