Shift Manager 3pm - 12am
About the role
The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, managing crew, ensuring food safety, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Manage crew and ensure they meet McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
- Help departments meet their goals and targets.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.
