• Training and supervising crew members
• Making sure food safety standards and procedures are followed
• Communicating with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner
• Managing cost control systems
• Assigning prep and cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift

• Dependable and reliable
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• At least 18 years old to work in a manager role
• Required to have all necessary documents and permits according to state and federal law

• Previous customer service work experience helpful
