The role involves providing exceptional guest service and support while working closely with restaurant managers and team members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner
• Executing cost control systems
• Delegating prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age to work in a manager role
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible work availability
• Willingness to undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations
