About the role
Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation: product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
Pay
$18.00/hour + tips + bonus (Secret Shopper bonus plan: 2 secret shops each week, with bonuses based on results).

Schedule
Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm (no drive-thrus).

Requirements
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment (preferred)
- Passion for creating a great workplace for your team
