About the role

Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given shift. Starting pay is typically over $18/hour for those who have completed McDonald's management courses and have some McDonald's experience.

We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees across our restaurants and home office. As a tight-knit, family-owned and operated business, we’re led by long-term leaders—many of whom started as first-job employees and grew into greater responsibilities over time.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment
• Positive team player with a passion for delivering great customer experiences
