The pay for this position is $22.00/hour + Tips + Bonus.
About the Role
Shift managers at Five Guys are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in areas such as product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
Responsibilities

- Manage team and inventory
- Perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders
Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
- Experience creating a great place to work for your team
- Passion for serving amazing food with a big smile
- Honesty, energy, motivation, and fun personality
- Setting high standards for self and team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
