The pay for this position is $17.00/hour + Tips + Bonus.

About the Role

Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

You have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.

Schedule

Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus.
