About the role
Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation: product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
Pay
$17.00/hour + tips + bonus (Secret Shopper bonus plan). Two secret shops are conducted each week, and everyone on your team working during those shifts is eligible for bonuses based on the results.

Schedule
Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment (preferred)
