About the role

Responsible for leading teams in managing daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction at the park.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee team members to ensure smooth operation of the park.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • First aid certification.
  • Experience with park operations and customer service.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
