Shift Leader-Team Captain (Internal Only)

We are looking for purpose-driven Shift Leaders-Team Captains to become ultimate ambassadors of our brand. As a Shift Leader-Team Captain, you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, but also provide guidance to Team Members when General Managers are not in the store.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply. Additional qualifications and experience may be required for the Team Captain role.
• Experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment.
