Taco John's in Cherokee, IA is seeking motivated candidates for a full-time Shift Leader position with evening and morning shifts available.

About the role

As a Shift Leader, you are essential to the success of our restaurant. You ensure customers are happy by being efficient and accurate, manage food quality, safety, and cost, handle all cash transactions accurately, and work as part of a great team. You also oversee shift positions and duties, resolve customer complaints, and maintain reliability and consistency in attendance and attitude.

Requirements
