Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and team duties
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cost management
• Handle cash transactions accurately and record them correctly
• Work collaboratively with the team and accept new tasks enthusiastically
• Engage with customers, resolve complaints, and maintain satisfaction
• Maintain reliability and consistency in attendance and attitude
