Shift Leader - Morning Availability
About the role
As a Shift Leader at Smoothie King you will act as a brand ambassador, helping guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting delicious and nutritious smoothies and retail products. You will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store, promote the company’s culture, values, and mission, and contribute to a healthier community.

Responsibilities
- Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met when smoothies are ordered.
- Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience.
- Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
- Perform opening and/or closing duties.
- Complete store checklist tasks.
- Show up on time and ready to work.
- Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
- Assist in team‑member management throughout shifts.
- Fulfill cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
Essential Functions / Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer‑service business.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback.
- Must be extremely reliable and dependable.
