Shift Leader/Manager

About the role

The Shift Leader/Manager position starts at $21 per hour. An additional up to $3 per hour is available for those working overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Perform various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, safety and security oversight, and communication with the next Shift Manager.
• May be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments achieve their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, and security.
• Manage the crew and handle scheduling.
• Train new employees.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
