Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda's through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer operations experience.
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant’s own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, workspace is restricted, and employees must lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Panda Strong: Founded in 1983, we are the largest family-owned American Chinese Restaurant concept globally, committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences and fostering a community of family values.
