Shift Leader (Indeed Event)

About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and leading the team during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Develop a diverse range of skills to support personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: Some high school education, prefer some operations experience in food service.
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant's own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot due to steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.
