Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a welcoming environment and driving the mission of our restaurants through passionate food preparation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and your team's capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Prior operations experience preferred.
- Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant’s own expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment.
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Pay
