About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing excellent service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance both your own and your team's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Prior operations experience preferred.
• Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant's own expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment.
• Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shift Lead positions typically operate on a rotating schedule to ensure coverage across different shifts and days of the week.
