About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the restaurant's mission by supporting management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant’s own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
• Panda Strong: Founded in 1983, we are the largest family-owned American Chinese Restaurant concept in America. We aim to deliver exceptional dining experiences through our commitment to family values and community impact.
