About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are central to our restaurant teams, fostering a vibrant environment and guiding the team through shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and care.
• Gain a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations.
• Food safety certifications required (at applicant's expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space.
• Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Shift Lead positions typically run from 4 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Saturday.
