Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certifications at your own expense.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Work Environment: Hot and noisy, with limited storage space and high shelving.
- Skills Development: Gain a diverse set of skills to enhance both yourself and your team.
Shift Lead Responsibilities
- Create a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with enthusiasm and precision.
