Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of our restaurants through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer operations experience in food service.
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant's own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, workspace is restricted, and employees may need to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to dynamic changes, and manage conflicts.
