About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming environment and supporting management in creating delicious meals, providing heartfelt service, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and your team's capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant’s own expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
- Knowledge of ADA requirements and ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
