About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and supporting management in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and your team's capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant’s own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot due to steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach across counters. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels and limited storage space.
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Shift Lead positions are typically full-time, with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of the restaurant and the individual.
