Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a welcoming environment and driving the restaurant's success through passion, heart, and pride.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer operations experience.
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant’s own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, workspace is restricted, and employees may need to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach high shelves. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to dynamic changes, and manage conflicts.
