About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming environment and supporting management in creating delicious meals, providing excellent service, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and others' capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food Safety: Acquire certifications required by local/municipal regulations at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot due to steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are confined, and employees are expected to stand for extended periods. Lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across counters is common. Noise levels are high, and shelves are high. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to dynamic situations, and manage conflicts.
