About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda's through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred operations experience
• Food safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, must be acquired at applicant’s own expense
• ADA statement: Counter areas are hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
