About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing excellent service, and enhancing the restaurant's ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
• Some high school education.
• Prioritize operations experience.
• Food Safety: Acquire certifications like Food Handler at your own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot due to steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels and limited storage space.
