Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests through their support in managing store operations and leading the team.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, workspace is restricted, and employees often stand for long periods and reach high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to dynamic environments, and manage conflicts.
