About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and supporting management in delivering exceptional service and food quality.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and your team's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Prior operations experience preferred.
• Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant’s own expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes hot environment.
• Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
