About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming environment and driving our restaurant's success through passion, heart, and pride.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and serving Panda favorites.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and your team's capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Prior operations experience preferred.
- Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant’s own expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space.
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Shift Lead positions typically operate on a rotating schedule to ensure coverage across different shifts.
