Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and serving Panda favorites.
- Develop a wide range of skills to enhance your own and others' abilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food safety certifications required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space.
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
