Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda's through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant’s own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, workspace is restricted, employees must stand for long periods, reach high shelves, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts, preparing food, and interacting with guests.

Benefits
