About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests through support in store operations and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Create a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and others' capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant's own expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
- Knowledge of ADA requirements and ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space.
- Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.
