Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda's through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Qualifications
- Some high school education preferred
- Experience in operations and food safety is beneficial
- Knowledge of local/municipal food handler certifications is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counters up to 36 inches
- Working in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment
Skills
