About the role

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, employment practices, ADA, and other legal requirements. The role involves knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures.

You will ensure the profitability of the business by managing shifts within established guidelines for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth. The position requires providing leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs® culture, mission, and vision statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the General Manager.
• Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and accomplished on schedule.
• Actively participate in all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Represent Firehouse Subs® in a professional, positive manner at all times.
• Communicate effectively to the General Manager/Owner any issues that may impact the business.
• Able to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager/Owner.

Pay

$14.50 - $16.50 per hour
