Shift Leader

Job Summary

This position oversees the pizza shop and sub shop within our store. Key responsibilities include maintaining product levels, arranging displays, adhering to recipes, assisting with orders, and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products offered within the department
• Ensure product levels are sustained with freshness in mind
• Arrange and display products in an organized and visually appealing manner
• Adhere to company recipes and cooking techniques to ensure a fresh and consistent outcome
• Assist with placing orders and counting inventory
• Assist customers with locating products throughout the department and provide suggestions for meal solutions, when applicable

Requirements

• Customer service experience
