Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Control food waste, supply costs, labor, cleanliness, and retain great talent.
• Build sales and increase guest return.
• Support the GM in running a profitable business.
• Be vocal, positive, and ensure the guest is always first.
• Have complete knowledge of:
• Labor: Crew Labor Target, break schedules, team member productivity.
• Cash Handling: Accurate deposit reporting, bank bag preparation.
• Daily Line Up Cards: Properly filled out each shift, accounting for breaks.
• Guest and Team Member Incidents: Gather and document incident details.
• COST OF SALES: Food waste reduction, recipe adherence, validation compliance.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Cleaning and stocking as you go, checklist completion.

Requirements

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
