Shift Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in overall store operations and leadership.
• Aid in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Lead and delegate to ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Ensure a superior guest experience while maximizing sales and profitability.
• Complete store opening and closing procedures efficiently.
• Make bank deposits and assist with product ordering.
• Communicate positive brand impressions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain high-quality preparation of smoothies and enforce sanitary practices.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and local laws.

Essential Functions

• Operate a blender and POS cashier system effectively.
• Move boxes weighing up to 55 lbs. throughout the store.
• Be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments.
• Tolerate exposure to food allergens and maintain cleanliness.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and reliability.
