Shift Leads are first and foremost Team Members! As the face of our brand, Team Members make it happen at Smoothie King!

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide an experience that will bring them back!
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely reliable
• Must have own transportation
• Basic math skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team member role in a restaurant or similar type of guest service business
• Microsoft Office knowledge required
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback
