Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Provides supervision during assigned shifts.
• Manages both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) shift responsibilities to help manage daily labor controls and costs.
• Maintains a positive guest experience by monitoring speed of service.
• Handles guest comments and complaints.
• Safeguards company standards, product quality, and cleanliness during daily shifts.
• Trains new hires and existing staff on company procedures and processes.
• Encourages adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Ensures proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Opens and closes the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
