Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and guiding the team through shifts. They play a vital role in ensuring the restaurant's success by supporting management in creating delicious food, providing excellent service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional growth

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety
• Food Handler certification (acquired at applicant's own expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters
• Knowledge of ADA requirements and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

Pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, based on various factors including work location and experience.
