Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and leading the team during shifts. They gain valuable skills in managing operations and preparing delicious meals.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites to guests
- Gain a diverse set of skills to develop both yourself and others
Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety
- Food handler certification required (applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counters
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Manage conflicts/difficult situations
