Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures who bring Panda's mission to life in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and fostering a proud ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and serving Panda favorites.

Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Prior operations experience in food service preferred
- Food safety certifications required (local/municipal requirements)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counters at 36 inches
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Adapting to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Managing conflicts and difficult situations
