Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our team, fostering an inviting atmosphere and driving our restaurants' success through passion, heart, and pride.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and serving Panda favorites.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance both personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations, especially in the food industry.
- Food safety certifications required, at applicant's expense.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
